In Home Health Care RN - Days & Nights - Immediate Availability

Provide and coordinate skilled nursing care in patients' homes per care plans and physician orders. Document care activities, assessments, and changes; develop and update nursing care plans; follow infection-control standards and OSHA guidelines; educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, and prevention. Collaborate with supervisors and other clinicians to achieve expected outcomes. Must hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and have robust nursing knowledge; position requires travel to patient homes and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends with flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN). Preferred pediatrics, oncology, ambulatory, or peri-operative RN experience; state-specific practice requirements apply.
