In-Home Furniture Repair Technician

Job Summary
In-Home Furniture Repair Technician travels to customer homes to repair, restore, and service furniture, including upholstery and leather, and installs replacement parts to restore products to first-quality standards. You will document repairs with photos and work orders, provide exceptional customer service during in-home visits, and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle. The role requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, attention to detail, independence, and the ability to interact professionally with customers. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required. Flexible, hands-on work with a focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and move furniture
- Experience with woodworking, upholstery, leather repair, refinishing, color matching or similar hands-on repair work (preferred)
