In-Home Female Exercise Specialist

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, conduct reassessments using the App, and manage scheduling while motivating clients and tracking results. Must hold a nationally recognized certification and CPR/AED, have reliable transportation to travel between sessions, and be comfortable using mobile/web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage client notes and communications. Will collaborate with a supportive team and represent DRIVE values (Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence) in every session; opportunities for growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. This role is based in Houston, TX with flexible part-time to full-time scheduling and mobile/onsite training across clients’ homes, offices, and organizations.
