Job Summary
In-Home Expert delivering replacement devices and in-person tech support directly to customers at their location (home, office, or nearby venue). Responsibilities include setting up devices, configuring email/apps, troubleshooting, and delivering a personalized customer resolution experience. Travel daily to customer sites within designated regions, perform hands-on device setup and support for smartphones/tablets/consumer electronics, and educate customers on product protection solutions. Meet or exceed performance and sales KPIs with coaching from management and leadership teams. Must be fluent in English, able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, and willing to travel to multiple customer locations; requires a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a personal vehicle safely, and light physical tasks (lifting up to 30 pounds) in customer homes. Schedules include afternoon and evening shifts, overtime, weekends, and some holidays as dictated by business needs. Training is provided; a monthly stipend for cellular/data expenses may be provided; personal device must be within four years old to support job duties. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree+ in technology, business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred
