IN HOME Direct Support Professional 5 30am to 8 30am

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living including personal hygiene, toileting, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare nutritional meals based on individual needs and maintain clean environments in bedrooms and shared spaces. Implement goals outlined in individual and behavioral plans while providing transportation to approved community activities. Ensure appropriate care for emotional and physical wellbeing, manage residential inventory, and maintain proper documentation per state requirements and Petit's HALO protocols. This role supports individuals with behavioral and developmental disabilities in Stafford, Virginia to live as independently as possible.
