Job Summary
Provide in-home dialysis support to patients, including setting up treatments on NxStage/Tablo or equivalent machines, offering companionship, monitoring safety and assisting with light ADLs, and maintaining communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators. Documents concerns during shifts and works with a clinical team to ensure patient wellbeing. Requires at least 1 year of dialysis experience, reliable and empathetic service, and ability to work independently in patients' homes. Training and placement assistance offered; consistent weekly hours at $25/hour.
