Job Summary
In-Home Dialysis Care Partner to support a female patient in her 60s with home hemodialysis, providing 1:1 in-home care, assisting with dialysis setup on Tableau or NxStage machines, maintaining a clean and safe environment, offering companionship, keeping treatment on schedule, providing light ADL support, monitoring safety, and documenting shift notes. Training provided by clinical team; 4 days per week with consistent, dedicated care for a single client. Strong communication with the coordinating nurse and ability to work independently within a support network in Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
- Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (Tableu or NxStage is a plus)
- Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete the provided training
- Must pass a background check
