Job Summary
Provide 1:1 in-home dialysis care for a female patient, assisting with dialysis treatment setup, maintaining a clean and safe environment, offering companionship, ensuring adherence to treatment times, providing light ADL support, monitoring safety and reporting concerns to the coordinating nurse, and maintaining simple documentation and shift notes. Training will be provided, with ongoing clinical-team support to ensure confidence in patient-specific dialysis routines.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
- Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (Tableu or NxStage is a plus)
- Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete the provided training
- Strong communicator who works well with a clinical team
- Must pass a Herewith background check
