Job Summary
Provide in-home 1:1 dialysis support for a female patient, assist with setup on Tableau or NxStage dialysis machines, keep the treatment environment clean and safe, offer companionship, help maintain treatment times, provide light ADL assistance, monitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse, and maintain simple documentation/shift notes. Requires 1+ year dialysis experience, familiarity with home dialysis systems, willingness to receive training, and strong communication to work with a clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
- Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (Tableu or NxStage is a plus)
- Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete the provided training
- Must pass a Herewith background check
