Job Summary
In-Home Dialysis Care Partner provides 1:1 in-home support for a female patient in her 60s undergoing home hemodialysis. Responsibilities include assisting with dialysis treatment setup (Tableu or NxStage), keeping the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe; offering companionship and emotional reassurance; helping the patient remain on schedule with treatment times; providing light ADL support; monitoring safety and reporting concerns to the coordinating nurse; maintaining simple documentation and shift notes. Training on patient-specific dialysis processes and home setup is provided, with ongoing clinical team support. Requires a healthcare-oriented, steady, patient approach and clear communication with the clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
- Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (Tableu or NxStage)
- Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete the provided training
- Must pass a background check
