Job Summary
Provide in-home dialysis support for a single client, assisting with dialysis treatment setup on Tableau or NxStage machines, maintaining a clean, safe treatment environment, offering companionship and emotional reassurance, helping keep the patient on schedule, and providing light ADL support. Monitor safety, report concerns to the coordinating nurse, and maintain simple documentation/shift notes. Training and clinical-team support are provided; role focuses on independent, patient-centered care during the transition to home-based treatments.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
- Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (Tableu or NxStage)
- Willing to complete the provided training
- Must pass a background check (Herewith)
