In-Home Dialysis Care Partner (1:1 Client) – Fluent Spanish Required

Job Summary
Provide safe, consistent in-home dialysis support for a single patient on a one-to-one assignment, including setup of NxStage or similar systems, maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment, keeping on schedule with dialysis treatments, offering companionship and emotional reassurance, assisting with light ADLs, monitoring safety and reporting concerns to the coordinating nurse, and maintaining simple shift notes. Requires fluent Spanish and at least 1 year of dialysis experience, with training provided and ongoing clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
- Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (NxStage a plus)
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Open to in-home dialysis care and completing provided training
- Calm, patient, and dependable—especially during care transitions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a clinical team
- Must pass a background check
