Provide profitable in-home estimates for residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing systems. Design and implement sales and marketing systems to support team growth and regional expansion. Deliver superb technology skills through precise data entry and customer follow-ups while maintaining excellent verbal and written communication. Lead department efforts and help structure systems that enhance selling capabilities. Requires experience in home HVAC sales, superior tech proficiency, and strong organizational abilities. Offers flexible scheduling, PTO, health insurance, and unlimited commission potential.
