Job Summary
In-Home Coach supervising and coordinating a team of remote Technicians across the U.S. to ensure excellent customer service and successful deployment of connected home products. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, developing experts, driving sales and customer-service metrics, providing targeted feedback, educating teams on Asurion products, using data to create action plans, resolving client and internal questions, communicating best practices, adhering to policies, and traveling up to 30% to Forward Stocking Location while maintaining reliable transportation. Requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to plan multiple projects, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year(s) of supervisory experience with an excellent aptitude for motivating and coaching employees
