Job Summary
Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions for youth and their families. Assist caregivers in navigating systems to promote resource awareness and empower them with strategies to support behavioral health needs. Create care plans and interventions to foster skill-based growth while strengthening natural supports within the community. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with parents and providers to coordinate care, ensuring client rights and cultural competency are respected. Collaborate with community-based organizations to expand service delivery. Requires a master's degree in mental health counseling or social work, a valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle access. Salary range is $65,000 to $70,000 annually plus a sign-on bonus.
