Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group counseling for youth and families using trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions; assist caregivers in navigating systems to promote access to resources; empower caregivers with skills to support their child’s behavioral health needs; create care plans and interventions to support skill-based growth, and promote the family’s natural supports to foster a welcoming, supportive community. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, uphold client rights with a focus on cultural competency, and build partnerships with community organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle
