Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins through direct collaboration with a supportive team of fitness professionals. Manage your flexible part-time schedule efficiently, ensuring reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions. Represent core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every interaction. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $31 to $50 plus performance bonuses and travel pay, alongside ongoing development and recertification discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication skills
