Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions by designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Motivate clients, track results, and manage your flexible part-time schedule efficiently while representing core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence. Collaborate with a supportive network of fitness professionals to help clients achieve their goals without gym drama. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $31 to $50 plus performance bonuses and travel pay, alongside free uniforms, training development, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication skills
