Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App. Conduct reassessments via the platform, manage your flexible part-time schedule efficiently, and motivate clients to track results and celebrate wins. Represent core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every session. Requires nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) and CPR/AED certification. Competitive pay ranges from $31 to $50/hr plus performance bonuses and travel pay.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
