Job Summary
Deliver services outlined in person-centered care plans, including ambulation, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep. Be available to cover weekly shifts while driving throughout the service area. Document care plans in the patient care portal and maintain a COVID-free household environment. Thrive USA Home Care offers flexible part-time or full-time W2 employment with competitive pay of $21 to $22 per hour, same-day pay via Tapcheck, and paid mileage between clients. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, pass background checks, and possess current CPR and First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- Pass a background check
- High school degree/GED
- Current CPR and First Aid required
- TB /PPD test required
- Valid driver's license, vehicle, and current insurance
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time
- Ability to travel within our service areas
- Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phone
- Must be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portal
- COVID free household
