Job Summary
Provide non-medical care for older adults and seniors, assisting with basic ADLs like bathing and errands, while offering Alzheimer's/Dementia care, hospice supportive care, and respite services. Manage a reliable vehicle to transport clients and perform tasks such as cooking and engaging seniors in conversation. Maintain a valid driver's license, car insurance, and background check eligibility. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with availability for short-notice scheduling. Earn a $200 sign-on bonus and quarterly bonuses for attendance. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Have at least 1 year of experience caring for the elderly
- Speak English and be able to converse on a variety of topics
- Willing to take a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Reliable vehicle
