In-Home Caregiver

Provide one-on-one and one-on-two sessions to offer stimulation, joy, and emotional support for adults with multiple disabilities. Manage medical and personal care needs, including assistance with feeding, bathroom use, and changing adult diapers, while collaborating with family members. Encourage full participation in activities using prompting, cueing, and fading procedures, and track progress through data collection and accurate record-keeping. Develop behavior management plans as needed and serve as an advocate and positive role model. Complete records and reports timely per regulatory requirements. This role involves transportation for small group outings and enriching interactions to enhance quality of life. Requires a valid CA driver license, good driving record, and at least one year of caregiving experience.
