Job Summary
In-Home Caregiver responsible for supporting clients with activities of daily living and in-home care tasks. Key duties include household chores, cooking, assisting with bathing/dressing/grooming, providing companionship, transporting clients to stores or appointments, and monitoring/reporting on clients' conditions. Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance, and be able to pass both state and national background checks. Paid orientation and training, mileage reimbursement, paid travel time, and flexible scheduling with day shifts and weekends are offered. Growth opportunities include continuing education and referral bonuses. Requires a compassionate, reliable caregiver who can adapt to changing client needs and locations within the Tacoma, Fife, Lakewood, Gig Harbor, Graham, Orting and nearby areas.
