In-Home Caregiver

Assist, monitor, and teach individuals with preparation of daytime activities, including grocery shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and clean-up. Encourage clients with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges, helping them plan tasks that promote goal achievement. Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes. This role requires a male employee with a driver's license and the ability to pass a background check. Schedule is flexible, allowing selection of an 8-hour day between 11 AM and 11 PM. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus premium pay for holidays and paid sick time.
