Job Summary
Provide personalized care tailored to each client's unique needs, including assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention while preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping. Offer companionship and emotional support, observe changes in symptoms, and communicate effectively with families and the office team. Complete accurate care documentation and follow individualized care plans. Experience caring for individuals in home or facility settings is required, with previous home care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. Flexible scheduling includes weekday, weekend, morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and client needs. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
