Encourage the individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities during home activities, assist with personal hygiene tasks, and prepare meals while maintaining a safe living environment. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying the client to social events, grocery shopping, and appointments. Promote communication, choice, and socialization, then complete daily progress notes. This part-time role offers $15.00 hourly pay with a schedule from Monday through Friday (3pm–8pm) and weekends (5 hours/day). Applicants must hold a valid driver's license, pass background screening, and provide one year of caregiving experience or technical training.
