Job Summary
Conduct household chores, cook meals, assist with bathing and grooming, and provide companionship to clients in Omak, Okanogan, Tonasket, and Brewster. Drive clients to appointments and monitor their conditions while transferring them using Hoyer Lifts or gait belts as needed. Complete state-required HCA or CNA training, pass background checks, and maintain a valid driver's license with clean record. Work part-time shifts averaging 15 hours weekly with flexible scheduling, including day shifts on weekdays and weekends. Receive weekly pay at $20-$20.50/hr with paid travel time and orientation. Access 24/7 support and continue education through our training program.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years+
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely
- Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
- Valid WA HCA or WA CNA
- Comfortable with transferring clients with Hoyer Lift and/or Gait Belt
- Comfortable with working fill-in shifts during your stated availability
- VA experience
