Assist clients with activities of daily living, including transferring, bathing, dressing, and preparing meals according to instructions. Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and changing linens, while accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments. Provide medication reminders, assist with prescribed range of motion exercises, and offer companionship through reading or puzzles. Ensure dementia care needs are met and maintain a safe environment for seniors and adults with disabilities. Valid driver's license, current insurance, and ability to lift 25 lbs are required.
