Job Summary
In-Home Caregiver needed in Green County, WI to provide compassionate, patient-centered in-home care. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry; medication reminders; supporting clients to maintain independence; documenting care per policy; participating in team meetings and trainings; contributing to development of client care plans. Must have HS diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with reliable vehicle, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds, strong communication, and ability to work independently and with a team. Flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options; expected work in clients' homes with occasional office visits.
