Job Summary
In-Home Caregiver position with Monday to Friday 12p–4p shifts supporting seniors at home. Responsibilities include personal care and dignity (bathing, dressing, grooming, safe mobility), meal preparation and housekeeping, medication reminders, health monitoring, social engagement, and helping clients with light exercise as directed by professionals. Requires CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain soon); previous caregiving experience is preferred. Must be able to assist transfers and lift up to 50 lbs, with strong communication and privacy respect.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon)
- Previous caregiving experience (Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy
- Comfort with housekeeping and meal preparation
