Job Summary
In-Home Caregiver position in Middlesex, VA providing personal care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, grooming, and bathing; supporting mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair); preparing light meals and aiding with feeding; providing medication reminders; offering companionship and emotional support; performing light housekeeping; and monitoring/reporting changes in client health or behavior. Requires CNA, NA, or PCA certification (online training provided for PCA interest), reliable transportation, and a Virginia driver’s license, plus SS card and two professional references. Flexible schedule options include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN with weekly pay, benefits eligible for full-time, PPE provided, PCA class offered for uncertified staff, and referral bonus programs.
