Job Summary
Assist clients with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring while providing a supportive environment that builds trust with clients and their families. Communicate client changes or health concerns directly with your care team and complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software. Use electronic software for timekeeping and maintain respectful, compassionate, and high-quality in-home assistance to enable clients to remain independent in their own homes. Schedule is Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with 15+ hours per week to start. Kennedy Care offers personalized care tailored to each client's unique needs, including nanny services and ABA therapy for children with autism.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to assist clients with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring
- Ability to provide a supportive environment that builds trust with clients and their families
- Ability to communicate client changes or health concerns directly with your care team
- Ability to complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software
- Ability to use electronic software for timekeeping
- Availability for Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Willingness to work 15+ hours per week
- Location within 25 miles of Medina, OH (for potential additional hours)
