Job Summary
Part-time on-site caregiver role in Northern Virginia focusing on homemaker assistance (grocery shopping, light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry), private duty care (medication reminders, bathing, toileting, grooming), companionship, travel support, and 24-hour/overnight care, plus palliative care — all in clients' homes. Requires at least 2 years of caregiving experience, U.S. work authorization, valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and CNA/PCA/HHA certification. On-site in client homes with flexible hours; sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or a related field (at least 2 years)
- U.S. work authorization
- Ability to provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Experience with medication reminders and monitoring vital signs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide companionship and engage clients in activities
- Reliability and punctuality, flexible hours preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- CNA/PCA/HHA Certification
