Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers. Provide companionship and emotional support by accompanying clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and errands. Support mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan and monitor client conditions to report changes to the Director of Nursing. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Requires CNA certification preferred, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive pay ranges from $15.50 to $23.25 per hour with flexible scheduling and travel pay between assignments.
