Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing) and support clients with daily living activities and mobility in their homes. Administer medications as directed, prepare nutritious meals, and engage clients in social activities to enhance quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe home environment, document care provided, and report changes to the supervisor. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in home care or nursing preferred
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client locations
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- CPR and/or First Aid certification
- Active HCA
