Job Summary
Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors in the Kalamazoo community by offering companionship, assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, preparing meals, and helping with light housekeeping. Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or community outings while serving as a dependable, positive presence. This part-time role features flexible scheduling suitable for students, parents, or retirees, with same-day-pay, travel time compensation, and quarterly bonuses. You will receive paid training, continuing education, and access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 40 lbs are required.
