Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care to clients in Clarksville area, including bathing, dressing, and grooming; assist with daily living activities and mobility; administer medications and monitor health conditions; prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning; engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being; maintain a clean and safe home environment; document care and communicate with family members and healthcare professionals; adhere to safety and health protocols; part-time schedule including weekends/holidays; requires high school diploma or equivalent with CNA preferred; valid driver's license; strong communication skills; background checks and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client care
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
