Job Summary
Provide personal care as a Home Health Aide/CNA in clients’ homes, performing bathing, grooming, mobility support, vital signs, and assistance with toileting, catheter and G-tube care; assist with light housekeeping, follow infection control protocols, and communicate changes to the RN and care team; requires HS diploma/GED preferred, CNA certification preferred, and 1–2 years in care settings; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; flexible scheduling with full-time/part-time positions; benefits include health/dental/vision, disability, PTO, 401(k) match, continuing education, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance required
