Job Summary
Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support while assisting with light housekeeping, errands, and meal prep. Offer transportation, companionship, and nutrition monitoring alongside medication reminders and management. Ensure a clean, safe environment through safety supervision and technology assistance, then report any changes in client condition to supervisors. Maintain a clean workspace and monitor client health status daily. Valid Driver's License and auto insurance required; HHA or CNA certification preferred. Starting pay is $20–$22/hr with flexible full-time and part-time schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older with proper work authorization
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License and Auto insurance required
- Negative TB test
- Willing to Pass a Background Check
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs, kneel, squat, bend, and meet the physical demands of the role
- Proficient in reading, speaking, and comprehending English
Desired Qualifications
- Caregiver experience preferred—but on-the-job training available
- HHA or CNA certification preferred
