Job Summary
Provide supportive home care for veterans, seniors, and individuals with complex medical needs, including assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation. Document care updates using smartphone tools and communicate with the care team to ensure client safety and dignity. Offer companionship and emotional support while maintaining a dependable, compassionate mindset. This 12-hour shift role requires 24–36 hours per week in Sterling Heights, MI, with flexible scheduling. Candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and possess reliable transportation to travel within a 25–30 mile radius.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 25-30 mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. independently
- Comfortable using smartphones/mobile apps
- Dependable, compassionate caregiver mindset
Desired Qualifications
