Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care services in clients’ homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance, plus light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. Position supports in-home care for seniors and adults needing assistance in Spokane County; flexible schedule with full-time and part-time options. Training and ongoing support offered; benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid time off, PTO, 401(k) and profit sharing. Must be capable of lifting at least 50 pounds and able to pass background checks and a competency evaluation. Certification as HCA or CNA is preferred but not required, as employer pays for caregiver training and continuing education.
