Job Summary
Develop clinically sound, engaging treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Manage caseloads of up to eight children within a supportive environment. Schedule Monday through Friday during daytime hours with manageable caseloads designed to prevent burnout. Total compensation ranges from $84,500 to $120,000 annually, including uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities.
