Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy as the In-Home BCBA, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families to set goals and track progress, and delivering treatment plans to up to 8 children in home-based settings. Role includes mentorship and supervision of RBTs pursuing their Master’s in ABA, with opportunities for long-term ownership through a defined leadership path. Responsibilities also include program development, data-driven decision-making, and coordinating with families to achieve measurable outcomes, while benefiting from remote-work days and a comprehensive total compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- supervision experience of RBTs
