Job Summary
In-Home BCBA responsible for developing and supervising evidence-based ABA treatment plans, mentoring RBTs, and collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Role includes supervising up to 8 children, delivering home-based therapy with a strong emphasis on compassionate care, and working within a structured career path from BCBA to Sr. BCBA and beyond.
