Job Summary
Oversee and implement ABA therapy programs by providing clinical supervision, training Behavior Technicians and RBTs, and developing individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and analyze client data to collaborate with BCBAs on data-driven treatment decisions while engaging families through regular communication and parent training sessions. Ensure all therapy aligns with an assent-based, child-centered philosophy under the guidance of experienced BCBAs and Clinical Excellence Leaders. Earn a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus weekly and monthly bonuses, with a $5,000 premium for the 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday through Friday schedule. This role offers structured mentorship, CEU stipends, and access to the CareConnect platform to streamline treatment planning and data collection.
Required Qualifications
- BCaBA credential
- Clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
