Job Summary
The In Home Behavioral Therapist role focuses on providing behavioral interventions for children and their families by conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments and developing personalized behavior plans. Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in a related field and have experience in counseling and behavioral intervention techniques. This position requires strong communication skills, familiarity with technology, and the ability to transport youth as needed. Background checks will be conducted.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- A Master’s Degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, Social Work or related field is required
- Experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking, and implementation of behavioral interventions to address mental health needs
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn different electronic systems
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
