Job Summary
Provide 1:1 therapy to children on the autism spectrum in a hands-on pediatric behavioral-therapy setting. Complete the required 40-hour training and pass the initial competency assessment, then work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement individualized behavior intervention plans, help develop functional communication, social interaction, and independent living skills, and collect client progress data on a tablet during sessions. Compensation starts at $21/hour (after competency) and increases to $24/hour after passing the RBT board exam. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be physically capable of active play with children, and pass a comprehensive background check. Requires reliable transportation for in-home client sessions; position based in Georgia with in-home visits.

- Ability to play on the floor, run, crouch, and lift up to 35 lbs
