Job Summary
1:1 therapy with pediatric clients on the autism spectrum; complete the 40-hour training and pass the competency assessment to begin as an RBT Trainee, then advance to Certified Rate upon board exam; work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans, teach functional communication, social and daily living skills, and track client progress with data collection on a tablet; role supports mobility and physical activities (lift up to 35 lbs) during in-home sessions in Sylvester, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Complete 40-hour training course
- Pass initial competency assessment
- Criminal background check required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (if traveling to in-home client sessions)
