In-Home Behavior Therapist (BT) / RBT Trainee

1:1 therapy for pediatric clients on the autism spectrum; complete a 40-hour training and pass the competency assessment; work under the supervision of a BCBA; implement individualized behavior intervention plans in a play-based environment; help children build functional communication, social interaction, and daily living skills; manage challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement; data collection on a tablet to track progress; preferred experience in childcare or related roles; requires physical stamina to play, run, and lift up to 35 lbs; must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
