Paid training with RBT certification assistance, flexible tracks by education level, and guaranteed full-time hours. Responsibilities include autonomous caseload management, traveling to multiple homes, and delivering therapy blocks (8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm, with transitions). Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; compensation varies by education level (Associates/HS Diploma: 15.00-22.50/hr; Bachelors: 15.00-24.00/hr; Masters: 16.00-26.00/hr; with added mileage and benefits).
